Join us Tuesday, September 22nd for a special five-course beer dinner featuring Shiner Beer, brewed in the small town of Shiner, Texas since 1909. Born from German and Czech brewing traditions, Shiner has spent more than a century crafting distinctive, easy-drinking beers—from crisp golden lagers to the rich, roasted malt and caramel notes of its iconic Shiner Bock. Enjoy five courses thoughtfully paired with a selection of Shiner brews for a fun and flavorful night of food, beer and Texas brewing tradition at The Warren.

October 13th - Burgundy & Beyond, an intimate five-course exploration of one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions. Sommelier Axel Martin will guide the evening through a curated selection of Burgundian wines, exploring the remarkable diversity of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and the unique vineyards and terroirs that give each bottle its character. Chef Juan Bautista will create five courses, each thoughtfully paired to complement the wines and bring their distinctive flavors to life. October 27th - A special five-course spirit tasting featuring Agua Mágica Mezcal & Chartreuse. Discover the smoky, earthy and fruit-forward character of traditionally crafted Oaxacan mezcal alongside the extraordinary herbal complexity of Chartreuse, the legendary French liqueur created by Carthusian monks from a secret blend of 130 plants. Chef Juan Bautista will pair five courses with a curated progression of spirits, bringing together smoke, spice, herbs and unexpected flavors for one of our most distinctive Tuesday Tastings of the season.

Tuesday Tastings: Kopp — German Wines, French Spirit

Join us Tuesday, November 3rd for a five-course wine dinner featuring Weingut Kopp, from Germany’s Baden wine country near the French border. Working biodynamically among the hills surrounding Baden-Baden, Kopp brings a distinctly Burgundian sensibility to German winemaking, with elegant Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and other varieties shaped by remarkably diverse soils and individual vineyard sites. Chef Juan Bautista will pair five courses with a curated selection of Kopp wines for an evening that explores where German terroir meets French-inspired style.
